Knights and Dames of the Holy Rosary

Praised be Jesus Christ and his Most Holy Mother Mary!

This is from Darrell, the editor of this blog. This is also my first experience doing this kind of thing, so please bear with me.

The Knights website has been under snail pace construction for about 8 months now, and we are now on the verge of finally getting our Knights and Dames shirts and sweatshirts, and will have some other items on the website within a few weeks as well.

Those who have an interest in becoming a Knight or Dame should realize that by just wearing one of our shirts one is already bearing witness to the faith. People will ask questions about the Knights, about the meaning of the Latin words on the front of the shirt, about the Rosary. Many doors will open up to conversations about the Catholic faith that can lead to the salvation of souls.

And the way to be ready to fruitfully engage in those conversations is to first of all be in the state of grace oneself, to have a deep prayer life, and to frequent the sacraments of confession and the eucharist. We must be vessels of grace before we can be channels of grace to others.

Next, we should know our faith. Besides the books and booklets and other items we will be selling soon, we will also have a number of free downloads relating to the Rosary, the message of Fatima, and the Catholic faith in general.

So thanks for bearing with us in our slow construction of the Knights of the Holy Rosary website. We plan to have a Spanish page before too long (with Caballeros and Damas del Santo Rosario clothing as well). Anyone willing to help in translating and in the construction of the Spanish page, please contact us. We’re also interested in rosary makers providing rosaries for us to distribute. And, of course, donations to help us to spread the rosary and the message of Fatima far and wide. Most of all we ask you to offer prayers and sacrifices for the success of this fledgling endeavor, so that through this organization, operating on a shoestring budget, we may through the grace of God and through Our Blessed Lady’s hands help to bring about the salvation of many souls and also help to bring peace to our troubled world.
